SECOND AUDIO PROGRAMMING (SAP)

SAP is an audio reading service that provides a variety of useful information.  Additionally, SAP provides descriptive audio (DVS) when the SAP is not being used for reading printed material. The SAP service is available through more modern televisions, via a dedicated radio, or through the Internet at the Center.
