Santa Clara Valley Blind Center is located at 101 North Bascom Avenue in San Jose. Cross Streets are San Carlos and Forest Avenue.

Using the Bus:

Bus #62 stops on Bascom Ave in front of the Center.

Bus #36 runs on Forest/Naglee,

Buses #85 and #23 stop on West San Carlos/Stevens Creek Blvd.

DIRECTIONS

From the South: Take Highway 17/880 North, exit West San Carlos go to the Right (East) to the light at Bascom and turn Left. Make a U-Turn at the light (Naglee) and come back ½ block. Turn in the drive immediately AFTER the white sign with the long red arrow to drive back to the Center.

From the North: Take Highway 880 South, exit at Bascom Ave. Turn Left. After you cross Naglee, on your right, you’ll see a white sign with a long red arrow. Turn in the drive immediately AFTER the sign to drive back to the Center.

From the East or West: Take Highway 280, exit at Bascom. Drive North. Make a U-Turn at the light (Naglee) and come back ½ block. Turn in the drive immediately AFTER the white sign with the long red arrow to drive back to the Center.
